NASCAR announces historic team charter agreement
Under a newly announced agreement between NASCAR and Sprint Cup Series team owners, fields for races will drop from 43 to 40 cars, with 36 of those starting spots guaranteed to chartered teams.

MRN Radio legend Barney Hall passes away at age 83
Longtime radio broadcaster Barney Hall, considered by many to be the voice of NASCAR and the Motor Racing Network, passed away Tuesday, according to the MRN website.

Ragan to pilot No. 23 Sprint Cup Toyota for BK Racing
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series veteran David Ragan will join the BK Racing line-up to pilot the No. 23 Toyota Camry for the 2016 season. Ragan will join teammate Matt DiBenedetto at BK Racing, which will field two full-time Sprint Cup entries this season.
