`Boomerang' Fay maintains strength over Florida
Tropical Storm Fay rolled ashore in southwestern Florida on Tuesday without much fanfare, but stubbornly hung around like an unwelcome houseguest, maintaining its strength and threatening - once again - to become a hurricane.
