Rebellion against nixing state tax breaks grows

NGMC North Patient Tower work at a 'feverish' pace
The President and CEO of Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) told the Gainesville Rotary Club Monday the new North Patient Tower continues "on time, budget" and work is proceeding at a "feverish" pace with an open house planned April 19.
