Cresswind gets Planning and Appeals green light
Cresswind at Lake Lanier, formerly Seasons on Lanier, Tuesday night asked for and got permission to build 799 homes as opposed to 750, increasing the density to 1.95 per acre while reducing the size of 200 homes from 1500 square feet to 1250 square feet.
