4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf) Points: 4 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed chlorine sanitizing solution in ware washing machine to have a concentration below 50ppm. Chlorine sanitizing solution shall have a minimum of 50ppm. Note: PIC set up manual ware washing at the 3-compartment sink. Manual ware washing of equipment will take place until ware-washing machine is repaired.
