14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed to-go boxes stored in a way that is not protected from overhead contamination. Single-use articles shall be stored covered or inverted. Corrective Actions: Manager rearranged to-go boxes so that they are inverted. 15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed gasket to one of the standing reach-in coolers to be torn/in disrepair. 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. 2. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Corrective Actions: Manager stated gasket will be replaced. 16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf) Points: 2 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed hand sinks in both women's and men's restrooms to reach peak temperature of 62°F with time. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Corrective Actions: Manager stated facility had issues with breaker and was able to establish hot water at proper temperature before the inspection was concluded.
