Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored covered or inverted. Corrective Actions: Manager arranged containers so that they are stored inverted. 15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: No Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed gasket in disrepair on reach-in cooler. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Corrective Actions: Manager stated maintenance will be notified to repair or replace gasket. 17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed personal bottle of orange juice stored in reach-in cooler in a way that did not prevent contamination. Personal items shall be stored and used in designated areas. Corrective Actions: Manager discarded bottle of orange juice.
