Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Corrective Actions: General Manager instructed food employees to remove bracelets and wash hands before returning to work. 14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c) Points: 1 Corrected during inspection?: Yes Repeat: No Inspector Notes: Observed containers stacked wet after being washed, rinsed, and sanitized. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils: Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry. Corrective Actions: General Manager rearranged containers so that air-drying can occur.
