New Gainesville Parks & Recreation Board chairman

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Parks & Recreation Board has a new chairman. Cheryl Hinderscheid has been named to the post.

Hinderscheid has been a board member 14 years and has served as Secretary/Treasurer since 1988.

Charles Musselwhite was re-elected Vice-Chairman and Lee Kemp will serve as the new Secretary/Treasurer.

Helen Perry and Joe Biddy are new members of the board.

George Brinson has resigned after serving twelve years on the board... eight of them as chairman.
