Man gets life-plus-20 years

CLARKESVILLE - A man charged with murder in Habersham County has been sentenced to life-plus-20 years after pleading guilty.

Robert Lee Carter admitted shooting and killing 39-year-old Kevin Green and wounding two other men during a shooting spree last year.

Authorities say Carter also shot himself.

The incident occurred last May in Mount Airy.
