New Toccoa city manager

TOCCOA - Billy Morse has been named Toccoa City Manager by the city commission.
Morse, who has been assistant city manager for the past nine years, replaces Bill Lewis who resigned at the end of June.
The 44-year-old Morse has been with the city nearly 20 years.
He was originally hired as Toccoa Planning Director.
