Voters will find runoffs in several statewide races - only one, however, on the Democratic ballot, for state school superintendent.
Republicans will find two contested statewide races on their ballot - lieutenant governor and secretary of state.
As far as Hall County races are concerned, there will be runoffs for GOP nominations for State Senate, county commission, and State House.
Elsewhere in the immediate Gainesville area, runoffs are also scheduled in White and Forsyth counties. Forsyth voters will pick Republican nominees for two county commission posts and one county board of education seat. In White County, voters will choose Democratic nominees for two county commission seats.
