CLARKESVILLE - A Habersham County man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after being convicted of vehicular homicide in the death of his two-year-old grandson last spring.

Charles Roger Norlf was found not guilty of other charges, including DUI.

Tristan Ray Scroggs died June 11 when he was run over by Norlf's pickup in the driveway at the boy's home near Baldwin.

Witnesses said the youngster was hit when he rode a riding toy in the path of the truck as Norlf was driving away.
