Planners to consider two Park Hill requests

GAINESVILLE - The agenda for the first Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board meeting in July includes rezoning requests for two parcels of land on busy Park Hill Drive near Lakeview where a retail gift shop and a dental office are planned.

Also on the agenda are rezoning requests for a one-story retail building on McEver Road at Gould Drive and a small shopping center on Atlanta Highway near Ray Street.

In addition, the developers of the Vinings Subdivision on Dixon Drive are asking for height variances for their entrance sign and fencing.

The planning board meets July 8.
