The fire destroyed Special Touch Pre-School and Child Care in Cornelia Friday - the seventh arson fire in Habersham County since early November.
State Insurance and Fire Safety Commissioner John Oxendine said the fire was definitely arson.
Oxendine said the loss is going to be about $100,000.
The six other fires all occurred near Mount Airy.
Oxendine's office is offering a $10,000 reward in each case through the confidential State Arson Hotline, 1-800-282-5804.
