Revised Forsyth 'sex' ordinance ready

CUMMING - First reading is planned later this month on a revised Forsyth County adult establishment ordinance.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution quotes county attorney Ken Jarrard as saying the amended ordinance will be "less open" to a court challenge but will still require the county's only sex shop to move.

First reading on the revised ordinance is scheduled January 26th.
