Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle says the call to Lollis Creek Road came in around 10:30.
Cagle says the building was 70% involved in flames when units arrived.
He says the cause of the fire is unknown, adding the building had been vacant for some time and there was no electricial power to it, so the blaze is termed "suspicious" right now.
