Work resumes Monday on South Hall crossroads

GAINESVILLE - Road work is expected to resume Monday at a major South Hall intersection - Winder Highway/Mundy Mill Road and Atlanta Highway at Blackshear Place.

State Department of Transportation District Engineer Todd Long said the new left turn lane is finished and crews are ready to begin restriping the intersection. Long said, as weather permits, work will continue each day 9:00-3:00, starting Monday and continuing through perhaps Thursday.
