Oakwood company donates to food pantry

OAKWOOD - Employees at one Hall County business recently donated nearly 10,000 items asked to donate to the less fortunate as part of a company Christmas project.

Oakwood-based Wayne Farms recently stocked the shelves at the Gainesville Food Pantry with more than 8,000 items.

Wayne Farms had challenged its employees to donate as many food items as possible this holiday season to benefit the food bank and the less fortunante in the Gainesville area.
