TOCCOA - A 23-year-old student at North Georgia Tech in Clarkesville has died of injuries received in a two-car wreck in Stephens County..<br>

Shane Michael Youngblood died when his car collided head-on with another on Georgia Highway 106 near Toccoa Wednesday afternoon.<br>
