Cell tower plans nixed

CLARKESVILLE- The Habersham Board of Commissioners has turned down requests that would have cleared the way for two new cell towers.
The requests were for variances to the county's tall structure ordinance.
The 250-foot towers would have been for T-Mobile customers. They were planned on Toccoa Highway and Mud Creek Road.
