Baldwin seeking more water

BALDWIN - The city of Baldwin says it needs more water to meet a growing demand. <br>

City officials are petitioning the state to increase the amount of water the Habersham County town is allowed to withdraw each day by 500,000 gallons.<br>
<br>
That would bring to 3.5 million gallons per day the authorized water withdrawal.
