GAINESVILLE - The Norton Agency's Native Intelligence Market Watch reports that 300 acres belonging to Toccoa Falls College may be developed into a residential community called Toccoa Falls Estates.

According to the Gainesville publication, TFC chief executive officer Wayne Gardner says the school's trustees have agreed to deed 300 acres to the TFC Foundation for the development.

The Toccoa Falls College Foundation, according to the plan, will have the land developed into 250 lots of one-to-two acres each which will sell for around $39,500 each.
