Wessell Park to be subject of meetings

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville Parks & Recreation Department will hold public input meetings next month to discuss current and future plans for Wessell Park.

The meetings will be February 8 and 10, both at the Gainesville Civic Center and both starting at 6:30.

Wessell Park is located at the corner of Wessell Road and Holly Drive and was built in 1957. Current amenities include picnic tables, walking trails, lighted tennis courts, a playground, and an outdoor basketball court.
