Injuries reported in Thompson Bridge Road wreck

GAINEVILLE - Gainesville Police say one person was injured in the collision of two pickups at Thompson Bridge Road about noon Tuesday.

It happened at Oak Tree Drive.

The wreck blocked the two northbound lanes of Thompson Bridge Road for a time, snarling traffic on the busy thoroughfare.

Lt. Chad White said the injury was not serious.
