Three Hall high school bands, middle school cheerleaders at bowl games

GAINESVILLE - Three Hall County high school bands and a group of middle school cheerleaders are spending part of their winter break at college bowl games. <br> <br> The Johnson High band is at the Peach Bowl and the Flowery Branch band in at the Sugar Bowl, both in Atlanta. The Sugar Bowl was moved to Atlanta this year because of hurricane damage in New Orleans. The Chestatee band, meanwhile, is in Dallas for the Cotton Bowl.<br> <br> The East Hall Middle School Cavalier Cheerleaders were invited to perform in the Capital One Bowl pre-game show on Monday. The game between Auburn and Wisconsin will air on ABC and pre-game is scheduled to begin around 12:35pm. <br> <br> The following cheerleaders will be making the trip down under the leadership of coaches Julie Jackson & Erin Wood: Cierra Mullinax, Amber Kerby, Victoria Fauscett, Lexie Ryals, and Kara Norris, all 8th-grades, and Caitlin Echols and Tess Ledford, 7th-graders. <br> <br>
