DEMOREST - The City of Demorest is considering one-point-two million dollars in water improvement projects.

The projects, funded by Georgia's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, include rehabilitation of an existing water tank and a new 300,000-gallon elevated storage tank. Also, a new booster pump and piping changes, among other things.

The Demorest City Council will hold a public meeting on the plans Tuesday at 5:00.
