Berry wins Barrow runoff

WINDER - Isaiah Berry is the winner of a runoff for a seat on the Barrow County Commission.

Berry picked up 65 percent of the vote in the runoff with Frank Clark for a vacancy on the commission.

Clark was the leading vote-getter June 21 in a four-person special election.

Berry will replace Norma Jean Brown who resigned earlier this year.
