GAINESVILLE - Plans for another 115 new homes will greet Hall County planners when they convene for the first time in the new year.

Nearly 100 of them - 94 in all - are planned on Shoreline Drive near Harold Whelchel Road.

Another 21 residential lots are proposed for a subdivision which would be located on Smallwood Road near Oak Grove Road.

In addition, planners on January 2, will consider a "conditional use" request for an equestrian center in the Chestnut Mountain area, on Union Church Road near Old Winder Highway.
