Drug agents arrest two

GAINESVILLE - Two Gainesville men were arrested Tuesday by Hall County drug agents.<br> <br> Lt. Scott Ware of the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) says Carl Antoine Cheeks, 23, is charged with Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute.<br> <br> Lt. Ware says Cheeks was arrested on Dawsonville Highway at McEver Extension during an undercover drug investigation. According to Ware, Cheeks was found in possession of about $1,000 worth of crack cocaine. <br> <br> The agent says Bernard Jermaine House, 28, was charged with Trafficking Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute following his arrest at #24 Myrtle Street in Gainesville.<br> <br> Lt. Ware says officers arrested House following a search of his residence. House was found in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and powder cocaine with an estimated street value of $8,500, according to Ware, who says agents also seized one vehicle and over $6,000 in cash.
