It will be held April 28 but this year - because of the construction at First Baptist Church on Green Street - it will start at Longstreet Clinic and wind through the Brenau area.
Traditionally, it begins at First Baptist and follows a route through residential areas near the church and some nearby commercial districts.
This year's route will be about four miles - around a mile shorter than the usual one.
