The 18-lot development is planned on Goetz Drive near Ramsey Road. Jordan and Jordan Properties, Inc. is asking that the eight-acre tract be annexed by the city.
Meanwhile, Cochran Properties, Inc. is asking to withdraw its request involving plans for a 26-lot subdivision . It says it's been unable to negotiate a stormwater management plan with the owners of the adjacent Ingles Shopping Center at Thompson Bridge and Nancy Creek roads.
