Cagle, a Hall County native, chose traditional voting, casting his election day ballot Tuesday at the Chicopee Agricultural Center. Cagle said with early voting, people had to go to the registrar's office.
"You've got a lot more polls obviously open with a traditional setting versus an early setting," he said.
Hall County had 40 polling places on election day.
Cagle said the state was not prepared for early voting; some registrar's offices and polling places witnessed long voter lines just before election day.
