CLEVELAND - Add Cleveland to the list of places in northeast Georgia where the tax rate will not be going up this year.

The council has approved a two-point-two million dollar budget which is $60,000 more than last year's but will require no increase in the millage rate.

Most of th extra money is earmarked for the police department for salaries, computer upgrades and increased fuel costs.
