Dahlonega murderer loses appeal to Ga. Supreme Court

ATLANTA - A Lumpkin County murderer has lost an appeal to the Georgia Supreme Cour.

David Muller was convicted and sentenced to life in prison two years ago in the death of his wife, Cynthia Schmidt.

Schmidt was killed at the couple's Dahlonega home in February 2004.

The state Supreme Court's ruling rejecting Muller's appeal was unanimous.
