Downtown Parking deck could open Thursday

GAINESVILLE - There's a possibility Gainesville's new downtown parking deck could go into use in time for Mule Camp Market.

Mule Camp starts Friday; Gainesville Construction Services manager Jarrett Nash hopes the deck can take parking Thursday.

“They are pushing desperately hard to get the deck available for Mule Camp,” Nash said

Completion on the $6-million plus project is overdue with rain largely to blame
