Economist says recession over by 3rd quarter

FLOWERY BRANCH - Hall County government's winter workshop opened Friday morning with Gregory Miller, Chief Economist from Sun Trust Bank, predicting that the recession will be over by the third quarter of this year.

“The problem is when we come out its going to be fairly modest by recovery standards,” Miller said.
