Hall recycling revenues down

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commissioners learned Thursday that recycling revenue, like many other county revenue streams, is running very low.

Hall County's Natural Resource Coordinator Rick Foote said the recycling market is a good economic indicator, and everything from recycled card board to aluminum has hit bottom; that means the county's recycling revenue is very low.
