DUNWOODY - Bond has been denied for a Cumming man charged in the shooting death of another man at a Dunwoody gas station last week.

Cayles Nathan Berry, 36, surrendered to DeKalb County sheriff's deputies Tuesday. He was charged in the March 12 slaying of Alan Wolfenbarger.

The two men were seen together on security camera video from a Texaco convenience store on Peachtree Road. Wolfenbarger died at the entrance to the gas station as Berry drove away.

Sheriff's investigators said the two men were reportedly meeting for a drug transaction.
