Barrow Schools open

WINDER - Barrow County is one of the school systems opening for the new year Monday in Georgia, with a slight increase in enrollment expected this year.

Students brought by their parents began arriving around 7:30 at Westside Middle School; school buses began arriving shortly after 8:00.

Westside principal Dr. Eli Welch said heâ
