State Navy ROTC championship at Riverside

GAINESVILLE - Nearly 900 Navy ROTC cadets with their friends and parents from all over Georgia and Northeast Florida came to Riverside Military Academy Saturday to compete in the State championship; Riverside hosted an estimated 2 to 3,000 people during the all day event.

The Gainesville High School Navy Junior ROTC brought 36 members according to Cadet Commander Austin Hottinger.
