FBCC gives 'last chance' to tow truck company

FLOWERY BRANCH - Flowery Branch City Council Wednesday night gave a local towing business one more chance to get into compliance with city regulations during a marathon three-hour session.

It was a take it or leave it offer given to Heather Terry and her attorney and they took it. Terry has until next Monday to come up with a site plan, move wrecked cars off unlicensed property,and then 30 days to comply with the plan.
