Mock Crash Lesson For WCHS Students

CLEVELAND - White County High School students were presented a real life drama and consequences of impaired driving, as Child Safety of White County held a mock auto crash at the school parking area Friday.

Judy Collum, with Child Safety of White County said she felt the event impacted the students.  High school drama team members played the parts of accident victims and friends who were impacted by the tragic event. Also fire, medical law enforcement even the coroner were part of the presentation for the students.

The event included a mock funeral service, Collum says this really brings  more realism to the event.
