Hall murder trial starting

GAINESVILLE - A Gainesville man is scheduled to go on trial in Hall Superior Court for murder this afternoon in the shooting death of another Gainesville man in the front yard of his home two years ago.

Tepanca is accused of slaying 22-year-old Jose Vargas on April 20, 2008 at his home on Merck Street
