Gainesville BOE adopts tentative 2011 budget

GAINESVILLE - The Gainesville School Board passed their tentative 2011 budget Monday night with expenditures out running revenues by $3-million, but the budget is balanced with no tax increase recommended.

Finance Director Janet Allison recommended passage with full salaries at $67.6-million with revenues of $49.5-million and expenses at $52.6-million with expenses larger than revenues by $3,063,685.
