New Flowery Branch budget has pay raises

FLOWERY BRANCH - Flowery Branch City Council members had no problem passing their 2011 budget resolution Thursday night.

The $2.6-million spending plan is nearly three percent smaller than 2010â

Councilman Chris Fetterman made the motion to pass the budget resolution

City Manager Bill Andrew said other area local governments have higher overhead
