Library Board 'clarifies' bylaws on membership

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Library Board of Trustees clarified its bylaws on who may appoint board members Tuesday night by approving a bylaws committee recommendation made last month.

The Committee on May 19th changed bylaws wording to state that board shall be composed of ten members from a government agency providing direct financial support annually to the Board. Chairman Wayne Colston said that means the County Commission.
