Time to look at Hall County govt. 'out sourcing'

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commissioner Ashley Bell said Thursday night he wants to look at 'out sourcing' as a way of controlling costs and that could mean job cuts. Bell wants a discussion at the next commission work session on a 'pay as you go' system for planning and zoning that may also include tax assessors and county engineering.
