Hall BOE approves a 'suspension alternative'

GAINESVILLE - Hall County School Board members Monday night approved 'an alternative to suspension' for unruly lower grade elementary school students.

Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning Dr. Eloise Barron said the 'student support program' set up at Jones Elementary School would offer special instruction to students whose behavior is disruptive in class.
