(Cleveland)- The White County Community Thrift Store Thursday presented $15,000 in grants to six agencies serving White County. Stephanie Abernathy, Thrift Store Manager said the following agencies were awarded funds:
White County Caring and Sharing
Ninth District Opportunity
Caring Hands Clinic
White County Food Pantry
Circle of Hope
White County Mentoring
Abernathy said, since opening the Thrift Store in April 2004, $517,000 in grants have been given to non-profit agencies that serve needy families of White County.
